His background spans hospitality, real estate, and consumer ventures, with more than two decades of experience developing and executing business models designed for performance and scalability.
In Rhode Island, he led the repositioning of his family’s oceanfront estate, Sea View Villa, transforming it into a high-performing luxury rental property prior to its $15 million sale in 2023, one of the region’s notable coastal transactions.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he founded Dine Out Life, Rhode Island’s largest independently owned restaurant delivery platform, supporting more than 40 local restaurants and generating over $1 million for the local restaurant economy while operating on a zero-commission model.
Today, through Spiratos Global, he oversees the development of scalable, recurring-revenue business models, including its flagship brand, Riley & Co., with a focus on disciplined execution, simplicity, and long-term value creation.
